Each session is structured around your body mechanics, health condition, and goals, with real-time supervision and precise correction from the comfort of your home.
Does online yoga really work?
Yes, when delivered with structure and supervision. With proper camera setup and guided sequencing, online sessions are highly effective. Many clients experience better consistency and focus practicing in their own environment.
Will the teacher come to my home?
Sessions are conducted live via Zoom. While not physically present, you receive real-time guidance and correction throughout the session.
How long is each session?
